Generally easy to order. Although the site for product and sizing was a little more difficult

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found ordering easy and appreciate your note about the sizing and product information—we’ll work on making that clearer.
Comfortable and softness. What would make it better is to be made in the country we live in and freight would be faster

My order was too small and the customer service team were prompt in helping me get the right size. I also like that there are regular updates while your order is shipping. The bras look amazing and the fact that they have broad straps and no hooks at the back is great. The most comfortable bra ever!

Fit was great. I normally wear a 40-42B. But the 38 fit perfectly

I picked up my package of bras today from the post office, after a second reminder I had something waiting! So, once I got home I opened the bag, took out the bras, and tried one on straight away! Perfect fit!, beautiful design and such soft material! I am over the moon with my purchase! Ordering clothes on line is challenging, so ordering bras is always a risk, having said that, your company have got it right! Great job! Also arrived in a timely manner and with tracking once order is shipped!!.
