Two of my lipsticks came in broken and will not screw up or down. One of them fell out as soon as I opened the top the lipstick that was broken, fell to the floor. Very disappointed I’ve never had a problem before, but now I do I’m wondering if you can replace them. Or refund

I’m very disappointed with colour pop free delivery service it was very slow in arriving. Not to mention one of the items which arrived was dried out. Something I’ve noticed with colour pop they tend to ignore complaints email. If they fail to replace this item I’m going to ask my UK bank to reimburse me. Their customer care is soo poor and unprofessional

Wonderful Products! I have ordered a couple of times and haven't had any issues, the shipping is relatively fast, the products are great and the prices affordable. The last purchase made was a gift for a friend and she received those perfectly. I'm so glad!

This lip stain gloss tasted so bad and left a horrible after taste. It was also gritty like it was eyeshadow instead of a lip gloss. There were no returns so I had to throw two of them away and I lost all my money! I wouldn't trust another product from a company that doesn't back their products with a guarantee! I also left a review to warn others about the taste and it was never posted. I never would trust this company!
