Would not work, primed numerous times to no avail on a HP8620 printer kept saying not Genuine HP ink. Not Happy!

I was unable to use the cartridges'. Several electronic tab parts came off and was not sure on how to reglue. Also the printer did not recognize the cartridges that were intact.
