Great experience

Shipping is fast, but response is poor. I bought a tote bag, the pattern of the two sides are not the same as product video. I use contact us function and by message function, but no response. The bag is Laurel Burch Carlotta's Cats Shoulder Tote LB5490.

Love the colors and design on the bag. It is slightly larger than I intended to buy since it is going to be my summer bag. Wish the bottom of the bag was stiffer so the bag would stand. Still a good purchase and it will go with any color of summer outfit. I have a slightly smaller winter bag with a cat design that gets attention when I carry it, and this one will be the same.

Great product, service, price and fast shipping. Love the Laurel Burch Purses. Great place to shop.

They offered unique merchandise I couldn't find on other sites. Sizing descriptions were accurate. I'm glad I found them

I love my new bag. This is the second one I have purchased. ❤️

Good quality, reliable service

When I washed and dried my sleep shirt for the first time on low it shrunk 3 sizes to the point where it is not comfortable to wear. Very disappointing.
