Customer support
This review is not about the product but about the customer support and policy. The subscription is for 30 days, but the product takes 7 to 10 days to arrive. The issue is that their cancellation policy requires a 30-day notice. This makes it impossible to cancel the subscription on time because, by the time you receive the product, it’s already too late to meet their notice period. Their policy is unclear and feels unfair, as it creates a situation where canceling the subscription within their requirements becomes impossible. Also, I’d like to add one more thing: You cannot force me to buy your product if I don’t want to. If I decide to cancel it and ask you to do so, it’s because I no longer like the product or there is an issue with it.

Dear Gražina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value transparency and clarity in our processes, which is why we include detailed information about our subscription policy in the terms and conditions available to all customers before purchase. Regarding your concern about the cancellation policy, we would like to clarify that the 30-day notice period is designed with our customers’ convenience in mind. The notice period begins the moment you notify us of your intent to cancel, regardless of when you receive the product. This ensures you have complete control over managing your subscription at any time without being restricted by delivery schedules. Your review seems to stem from a misunderstanding of this policy, and while we appreciate your input, we are concerned it may inadvertently mislead other customers. We’re committed to ensuring everyone has accurate information and knows they can cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ notice. Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We hope this explanation helps clarify any confusion and reassures future customers of our dedication to straightforward and customer-centric practices.
