Your recording sucks
Your recording sucks, there is no way to get past the prompts and talk to a human. dialing the number that dialed you: you have to listen to the whole thing all over again. NOTHING in the paperwork said not to do the test on a Saturday. I took it to the UPS store and got there at 4:01pm because of a train. it was all packed, ready to go. they closed at 4pm and would not take it. the recording said cologuard would HELP YOU in this eventuality. After a lot of back & forth and being told by the lady on the other end, that no places in my zip code were open to take it. She finally looked up which sample kit i was sent (i was driving the whole time BTW looking for places to drop it off). She kept talking over top of me the whole time frustrating me more. i saw an amazon truck and said see: I've seen other delivery services out LATE on saturday, UPS dropping off on Sunday. you're telling me there is no way they can get this picked up and to YOU in 72 hours? How do you know I don't have a 96 hour kit? I have to do THIS WHOLE THING ALL OVER AGAIN. the human body doesn't work on demand. G-D F-DAMMIT
