Hi John, We have just sent an e-mail through the Trustpilot system requesting more information about your order, including your order number, if you have one. All CollegiateSet orders placed by 3PM Eastern ship the same day. After 3PM, they ship the next business day. We don't have any backordering and don't have any open orders from December, 2024, so we think you might have been working with a different company than CollegiateSet. If you think that's not the case, please feel free to call using the number on our website and we'll be happy to help!

Hi Vera, We don't show any orders under your name and we see that your review here is not verified by Trustpilot, which means it did not originate from an actual order. Certainly reach out to us if you can provide more information about your order! Otherwise, it is possible you were working with a different company.

Hi Covenant, All orders ship from our facility within one business day. We don't have any record of an order for your name and we see that your review is Unverified on Trustpilot, so it did not originate from a known order number. Is it possible you ordered from another company? If not, please provide your order number so our team can identify your order and reach out! We take great pride in our customer service, but need to have a point of contact!
