Greediest "non-profit" I have ever seen to date. Hundreds of millions in revenue but they still can't fix this god-awful website and support team of theirs. Every few minutes or so I get signed out for no apparent reason, even if I am actively using the site. For as long as the website has existed it has been requested that they add an option to save account details. Absolute disgrace.

I contacted customer service with a login issue. I was immediately connected with someone who helped me with the issue. They were also thorough and kind during process. My only complaint was the connection because at times it was hard to hear. Overall, I had a great experience.

My score is 11 days late, so one day after I dont get it on the promised date I open a live chat. On the 5th I escalate the case and I am supposed to get an update on the 8th, on the 9th I ask them what happened beacuse there is no update. I escalate 2 cases again and should get a response by the 11th. On the 15th I call them at 7pm and they tell me I will get a response this time by 9pm my time. At 12pm they tell me to wait until tomorrow. They obviously think I am a monkey that can be lied to x times, not get his score on the day of release and they dont even tell me why. Their indian call center for customer support treat me like I am mentally disabled and half of them dont let me finish my sentence

College Board is a monopolistic company that should be broken down according to antitrust laws.

No resources for AP Business course. No one ever responds on email. Complete disgrace and students will suffer

Stupid layout for the entire website. Cannot undo anything when attempting to register for SATs. I wanted to view a diffrent test date since they were all full, and i could not go back without having to redo all the information form before (maybe 20-30 minutes worth). They are known for selling student emails/information.

If I could give a negative star, I would do a negative -10. Their customer service is horrible. Tried to order my daughter's Saturday SAT and my credit card would not go through. No reason why. I called their 800 number and was told that they would escalate my case to their back office and I would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called me and when I called back, numerous times, they were rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that there wasn't one. He said he could take my payment over the phone and was willing to waive the $15.00 fee. How nice of him! I also ordered the study guide, but he said he could not order that for me. I hung up on the guy and called back again and spoke to a woman who asked me the same questions as the first guy, but she said she could not find my daughter in their system and constantly asked me to confirm her birth date, asking me "Are you sure her birthday is correct." I asked again to speak to a supervisor in which she said "let me put you on a brief 1 to 2 minute hold while I get a supervisor." 5 minutes later and a woman got on the phone and I explained to her what the issue was and how rudely I was treated and she did not really seem to care. She had me confirm AGAIN my daughters information and proceed to say she would take the payment over the phone but could not order the study guide. I question myself on if I wanted to trust these people with my credit card information and asked her if I should just try to order the test online again. She said it would still be in their system and to try and if not call back. I processed the payment online again and this time, the payment went through. Thank God I didn't have to call them back. College Board, you need to do better.

I was trying to change my last name, and the lady was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. She kept repeatedly asking how to spell it. She also lost patience when I couldn't hear her asking for my security phrase when verifying my identity. It was a very odd experience, hate how much money we spend on college board just for the customer service to be this bad
