This workshop was awesome. I feel that I am able to utilize this in my own classroom even though I do not teach math. These strategies are definitely applicable to other subjects.

Excellent ideas. I've played estimation games with the students - guessing how many pieces of candy are in a glass or mug and they love it. I'll have to try WODB again. My class this year might be more receptive to it. Thanks

This was a great workshop. I am a retired teacher, and I have taken a part time interventionist position. Your workshop provided me ways to help the struggling students that I work with. I used some of these strategies as a regular classroom teacher (Teach like a Champion was a GREAT resource), but it was great to see how you put several ideas together.

I have never heard of Math Wars before and can see its potential to engage, challenge, and motivate. I love the simple template to fill no matter the standard. Looking forward to implementing in the fall. THANK YOU!
