buyer beware
buyer beware. there's no roast date on the package, therefore you don't know when it was roasted. Although they claim it's "fresh roasted" as you order, but if there's no label on the product, you don't have transparency. For a Specialty Coffee Roasters this is a bare minimum

Hi Angel, thank you for your feedback. At Colipse Coffee, every bag of our specialty coffee beans is fresh roasted to order after your order is placed, then packed and shipped within a few business days, so your coffee never sits on a shelf or in a warehouse. We understand that seeing a roast date on the bag matters to you, and we've shared your feedback with our team. We're sorry this order didn't meet your expectations.
