John, thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry the experience ended this way. A quote reflects the rate carriers are accepting on that route at that moment - when no carrier takes the load at that price, we have to come back with the real market rate rather than leave your car sitting. That said, how this change was communicated to you fell short, and the remarks you describe are not how anyone here should speak to a customer. We are reviewing this internally. Please email [email protected] or call +1 (302) 485-5725 with your order number so we can go through the deposit and the email history together. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Yaimara, we're sorry - being called a liar or feeling threatened is not acceptable from anyone representing us, full stop, and we are addressing this internally. On the shipment itself: when a load is posted at a very low rate, carriers can decline it at pickup, and that should have been explained to you plainly instead of turning into an argument. We would like to understand exactly what happened on your order. Please write to [email protected] or call +1 (302) 485-5725. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Kate, we're sorry we left you in the dark - poor communication is the fastest way to lose someone's trust, and you're right to call it out. We don't have enough detail here to locate your order. Please send your order number or pickup ZIP code to [email protected], or call +1 (302) 485-5725, and we will review what went wrong on our side. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Thank you, Robbie! Mark will be glad to hear this - finding the right carrier at the best price quickly is exactly what he does. We appreciate you choosing us, and we're here whenever you need another vehicle moved. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Thank you, Adam! We're sorry another company burned you first - it happens far too often in this industry. That's exactly why we keep our FMCSA license (MC 1538773) and our pricing out in the open from the first call. Glad Mark came through for you. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Ebony, we're sorry your delivery ran past the window you were given, and that the experience left you feeling disrespected - that is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and a delay over a holiday weekend is genuinely frustrating. Discrimination of any kind goes against everything this company stands for, and a complaint like this is reviewed seriously, not dismissed. On the practical side: carriers do collect the remaining balance at delivery before releasing keys, and that should have been made clear to you upfront rather than at the door. We would like to review your file properly - please reach us at [email protected] or +1 (302) 485-5725. - Colibri Auto Transport Team

Yankiel, thank you for flagging this. A load posted as an SUV that turns out to be a box truck is our error to own, not yours to absorb - a wasted trip costs you fuel and hours, and that is on us. Dispatch accuracy matters as much to carriers as it does to customers, and we are reviewing how this listing was entered and later amended. Please contact us at [email protected] or +1 (302) 485-5725 with the dispatch or order number so we can pull the history and make this right with you directly. - Colibri Auto Transport Team
