J'ai passé commande de deux climatiseurs le 26 juin et je n'ai à ce jour rien reçu, malgré mes relances par mail aucune réponse... Ce sont apparemment des escrocs des arnaqueurs....

ABSOLUTE TRASH !!! ROBBERY !!! NOT AS LARGE AS ADVERTISED!!!!Not an AIRCON AS ADVERTISED!!!! DOES NOT COOL ANYTHING PAST 2FT AWAY !!!! VERY PATHETIC CHEAP FAN !!! DO NOT BUY !!! I PAID £125 FOR 2 I ALWAYS CHECK TRUSTPILOT BUT FAILED TO THIS TIME AND I WONT EVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TAKING TO COURT FOR ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY OR IN MY CASE MY BLOODY PENSION !!!! ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOUR!!! IT ALSO TOOK 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE !!!

I'm so annoyed because I've been scammed by this company. The product is cheap Chinese rubbish. It's just a cheap -looking fan. It certainly does not do what the advertisement says it will do. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!! I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

Absolute Scam! Do not buy. My 84 year old dad ordered one because he was struggling in the UK heatwave. They charged him nearly £100 for shipping fees and a warranty. He paid it thinking he was going to get some relief. It arrived and there is no water tank/cooling feature. It’s just cheap plastic crap! It is not an air conditioner, it’s a rubbish fan that blows out barely a wisp of air. Now we cannot get hold of customer service to get a refund! Terrible company ripping off an old age pensioner! Do not fall for it.

Ni siquiera merece la pena como simple ventilador. Es una estafa.

I have written to the company after these where not what was advertised took more money than agreed the units a not worth £5 each the company want 80$ to return I am starting a charge back ony credit card

It took 3 weeks to arrive, definitely not worth what I paid, there’s no way of choosing a mode so no difference in temperature and unless it’s less than a meter away it’s in effective. Don’t bother to try and contact the company they don’t respond. One star is being generous, don’t do what I did and waste your money.

Hätte keinen Stern vergeben,musste ich aber um einen Kommentar abzugeben.Fuer mich ist es ein Betrug,ist ein ganz normaler Ventilator.Der Absender war auch nicht Coldeez sondern eine andere Firma,Klebehaken waren dabei die ich im Vorfeld bei T... schonmal erworben hatte.Vermutung liegt nahe das diese Geräte bei T... gekauft und teuer wieder verkauft werden,ist meine Meinung.
