Cold Dead HandsReviews of colddeadhands.us

Patriots, Saddened to see all the one star reviews. If it was not for a patient wife , which most of you have , I to could have given C.D.H's a one star also. She would bring down my blood pressure by reminding me of the turmoil going on in our country at this present time. If you haven't noticed , everyone and their fur missile are buying Guns,Ammo and Protective Gear just in case an uprising is coming after the election. Remember Folks, Two sides to every story. Not knowing, but I feel C.D.H's are overwhelmed with orders, not to mention a staff shortage due to covid-19. Be patient, the management and staff are doing their best in these times and the best may not be good enough for some of us. I received my order almost 3 weeks after I placed it. ARMY QUALITY.

Got a new tactical vest and at a very good price came in good time my experience was very good

I was a little nervous about my order. I placed my order for a fast helmet prior to reading any reviews about Cold Dead Hands. Most if not all of the reviews were negative. I do not usually write reviews but in this case I believe it is warranted. I ordered my helmet about two weeks ago and received it today. The helmet seems good to go by me. I haven’t been shot in the head since I opened it this evening and I do not have the funds to put rounds into the thing to make sure it is NIJ III. It does seem to be a go in all appearances and wear from my point of view. My review would have been five stars but I ran into the same issue that others have had with not being able to contact customer service. There was no tracking number sent with the e-mail notifying me of shipment. I did try and call the number listed and sent an e-mail about the lack of a tracking number. I was unable to speak with anyone and I did not receive a response to my e-mail. I could see how this can be a major issue if there is a problem with the order. The lack of customer service is the only downside I ran into. Other than that, the helmet is great and the price was about as good as it gets. I hope this helps somebody who is little concerned about having placed an order with Cold Dead Hands.
