Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience with our Daily Wheel hasn’t met your expectations. We’d like to clarify that the Daily Wheel operates randomly, meaning rewards can vary from one spin to another. Receiving GC on consecutive days doesn’t mean your account has been restricted or that the wheel has been adjusted to prevent you from receiving other rewards. Beyond the Daily Wheel, Coins Royale offers other opportunities to enjoy rewards, including regular promotions, social media competitions, and our Weekly Rush Leaderboard. We appreciate your feedback and understand that receiving the same reward repeatedly can be disappointing. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all our players. Thank you for being part of Coins Royale! The Coins Royale Team

Hi Mitchell, We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and would like to clarify what happened with your redemption. As part of our standard review process, we noticed activity associated with your account from a location different from your registered address. We therefore contacted you for some additional information before proceeding with the redemption. Thank you for explaining that you were travelling at the time. Your explanation was accepted and your $340 redemption has since been successfully processed. These checks are part of our standard security procedures and are designed to ensure redemptions are processed securely and to the correct account holder. They do not mean that a redemption has been refused. We appreciate your cooperation and are glad this has now been resolved. As you mentioned in your review that you would update it once your redemption was processed, we’d appreciate it if you could now update your review to reflect the final outcome of your experience. Hi Alan, We’re sorry to hear your experience left you disappointed. We did notice from your review that you mentioned winning before continuing to play. We’re glad you were able to experience a win, although we’re sorry the session didn’t end the way you had hoped. We also reviewed your account and confirmed that your verification was completed the same day your documents were submitted. During that time, gameplay continued, and the remaining balance was played before the verification process had finished. We understand how frustrating losses can feel, but account verification has no influence over game outcomes. If you believe we’ve misunderstood any part of your experience, we’d be happy to review it with you. If, after discussing it, you feel your review doesn’t accurately reflect what happened, we’d greatly appreciate you updating it.
