I joined Coinigy about 6 months ago, and have found the site to be great. It's a game changer for crypto fans, especially who use Gate.io or Coinbase. Transparent service, a lot of technical indicators, a free trial, and 0 additional fees. All in all, I am happy so far.

They're lying when they state on their website that they have 24/7 support. After the free trial I paid for a one month subscription, and after more than 40 hours, they have yet to reactivate my account. Unacceptable. I had to really dig to find their support page and contact information. I was told that they'd get to me during a weekday; this is not what I would call 24/7 support.

Coinigy claim that they can connect you to 45 crypto exchanges. Well, it looks more like they can do 10. I have asked support to explain but they went missing. Since writing this review I got a refund which is fair enough. The charting problem I mentioned was misunderstood but as I wrote to support the problem is gone for now. It works like that. It is a pity that not so many excganges are supported with trading.

Response from Coinigy· Oct 21, 2021
Hi Zachie, We do support 45 exchanges for charting capabilities - you can find the full list of exchanges here (https://www.coinigy.com/exchanges). I encourage you to give Coinigy V2 a shot for more exchanges with trading support. Our support has been quick to respond to each of your tickets, however, I will respond there to follow up regarding the issue you were having with TradingView's charting library. Best Regards, Coinigy Team
