Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

It was simple and exquisite

This form worked great! When I had questions and reached out to customer support, I got quick very thorough answers. I'll use this again for sure.

Easy to use forms, great customer support!

We haven't implented yet, but we have great expectation about our users, making our process simple.

I love this Cognito form y’all doing well ong

This is a front office must-have! I have been able to recreate paper forms as digital within minutes. The form links make it so easy to send to email groups. And once the data has been entered and submitted by user, there is no additional "data entry" that is required. It's all in researchable format. Good stuff!

It is so seamless and makes things convenient for me, I love it. I would appreciate getting e-mail alerts when someone makes a new entry on the forms, it did the first time but it doesn't anymore.
