The requested service was not provided. He ended up offering to send me files instead of transferring the domain to me as we agreed on. He denied a partial and full refund. He copied my competitor's website when I specified that the site obviously needs the same kind of features but with a different layout. But he literally steals their site and changes the color... He was very nice at first and I mistook that as professional. The service was subpar and disappointing.

I’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. However, I completed the website as agreed. You later declined to provide domain access, which made the transfer impossible. I offered alternative solutions, but a refund was not applicable since the work was completed. I take pride in providing original designs, and the site was built with requested features while maintaining a unique layout. I am still ready to upload the website and 1 month free maintenance as we agreed but if you can't provide the access the last option is to share files.
