I just bought a pre-owned car and the alarm wasn't working. I called to make sure I got the correct one and the person on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. When I received it, I wasn't sure how to work it. (They provided directions on how to program it, but not how to use it) I had never used one before, so I called again, and got a really nice man that explained how to use it. Works great!! I would recommend this company.
