Hi Stephanie! Delighted you enjoyed your experience with us.
I have been on the ketogenic diet for a couple months now and I've lost over 10 pounds on it staying consistently in the 75% fat, 25% protein and 5% carb ratio. This product really helps me stay in ketosis because no matter what I am eating I can quickly add the fat I need. Also I notice really consistent energy levels throughout the day since I started using this and it has also drastically reduced my hunger level WOOT WOOT!! I followed their recommendations and started with 1 teaspoon and increased gradually over the week and happy to report I had no digestive issues. Highly recommend to others who want to kick start their ketogenic diet.
