I did not have a good experience with this company. The dress arrived and did not match the description at all. Beadwork was falling off the dress. The dress was packed tightly in a small bag. I was very disappointed and had to request multiple times for a refund which they only agreed to give me 20%. Do not purchase from this company, absolutely a scam!

Dear Customer, We are truly sorry that you are unhappy with your order and our service. All of our dresses are handcrafted custom-made items, and we conduct strict quality inspections on every piece before shipment. Per our official policy, customers who are unsatisfied with their gowns can reach out to our after-sales team to explain the issues and provide supporting photos. We normally provide tailored solutions based on each specific situation. We never intend to scam customers. If you can send us clear photos of the beadwork defects you mentioned, we are ready to re-evaluate your order and discuss a more appropriate solution for you. We sincerely hope we can resolve this matter properly with you. Best regards,
Glad to have custom sizing.

Buyer beware. I paid extra for expedited production/shipping for my daughter’s prom dress, yet Coco’s Bride could not provide a shipping date or deliver the dress in time for the event. After failing to fulfill the expedited service purchased, they attempted to keep 40% of the payment if I canceled. Even more shocking, they suggested I should simply “resell, rent, donate, or wear it for other activities” if the dress arrived too late for prom. This is unacceptable customer service for a time-sensitive order. I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on this company for prom, weddings, or other important events.

Dear Amy, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused regarding the timing for your daughter's prom dress. We truly understand how important and time-sensitive this special event was for you.We would like to gently clarify that, as stated on our website, our overall delivery turnaround includes both tailored production time and shipping time to ensure each dress is carefully processed and delivered. We care deeply about your experience and genuinely want to help resolve this matter for you. However, we have tried searching our system using your name but have been unable to locate your exact order details. To help us investigate this and find a proper solution as quickly as possible, could you please contact us directly via email or reply here with your order number? We look forward to hearing from you so we can make things right. Best regards, The Cocosbride Care Team
I placed an order for this dress on May 5, 2026, totaling $414.98. This included the base price of $359.99, rush order shipping $35.99, and an additional $19.99 for express shipping. I reviewed all of the details on your website before purchasing. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with both your product and your service. The dress I received does not match what was advertised and does not appear to be custom-made in any way. I ordered a standard size 2 and did not request custom measurements, so there should be no discrepancy in sizing or construction. Additionally, tracking information shows that the dress was shipped within Georgia (Buford to Norcross to Ellenwood), then sent to Jacksonville, Florida—despite the fact that I reside in Atlanta, Georgia. This shipping route was unnecessary and delayed delivery. More concerning is that I paid extra for express shipping, yet the package was sent via FedEx Ground, which is not an express service. I confirmed this directly with FedEx. This is misleading and unacceptable. The quality of the dress is poor and does not reflect the item advertised on your website. Based on my experience, it appears that the product images may not represent dresses you actually produce. I am requesting a full refund due to false advertising, poor quality, and failure to provide the shipping service I paid for. I’ve contacted you multiple times via email and WhatsApp, and now I’m being ignored. The product advertised is not what was provided, and it’s clear my concerns are being avoided.

Hi there, We sincerely regret that you hold such negative impression of our service. We clearly state on our site that production takes 10-15 days plus 5-10 days for delivery. You placed the order on May 5th, and we shipped out your item on May 9th, which is fully within our stated time frame. All dresses displayed on our website are available for custom production. We never intend to withhold your funds unreasonably. Should you have any concerns or disputes, kindly reach out to our after-sales team directly. We will assist you to sort out relevant issues properly. Best regards CoCosBride Official Team
