This company must be a scam. I ordered a product over 6 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service won’t give me any kind of tracking information and just give broad statements that it’s ’on It’s way’

I ordered a dice revolver chamber from them, it came late painted poorly and made of a cheap martial. It wasn't attached well and didn't spin like it was suppose to and when I wanted a refund they said too bad.

Don't even deserve the lowest 1 star. Very long waiting times for the shipment, extremely poor quality - not at all like advertised, bad and rude customer service - won't take back products that were already broken on delivery.

One star is generous but it's the lowest we've got. I ordered the polyhedral dice set. Like others, mine got lost and they said they would send me another one with tracking. To my own surprise I actually received the item today 2/27/25. (ordered 12/15/24) I honestly would have been happier if it never showed up. This thing is so cheap. Not polished like the one advertised. When I opened the box pieces were already falling off of the thing that shouldn't. Cheap material, poorly cut and asymmetrical "chamber" piece, not that it even opens all the way anyway. This thing is even bad at being a paperweight.

The company runs charges through their parent IisSABRAVA Co.Ltd, which appears to operate several of these questionable sites advertising products on social media. My order has not been received after 9 weeks, and their support will tell you first that they shipped a replacement and then to just wait. They will not provide any tracking info for the supposed second shipment, and the tracking number they do give only works on their site. It simply does not exist anywhere else. Updating: within 24 hours of opening a buyer protection claim with PayPal, the claim was closed in my favor and refunded. It would seem that PayPal knows this company is problematic.

I bought 2 Polyhedral metal dice set, but they don't even like fine metal or even function right.. it doesn't even spin like its advertised.. if i could give it zero stars; I would. I'm not complaining about how long it took to get its destination, due to how bad the relationship with the current gov., but the item looks nothing how it was advertised.. Don't buy from here, what a waste of money and time.. should stop selling things they can't even produce right..

I've bought aome products from the website and i'm still waiting for them. It's been more than 2 months and no answer from them.
