The punctuation for a transcription is the best, and it uploads quickly. Unfortunately, sentences are missed out (for no reason, not during crosstalk etc.) which is why I cannot switch unfortunately - have tried before so was seeing if that has improved. It hasn't and becomes frustrating after a while.

The first year of subscription was excellent. I renewed the account, the charge went through, and on the first day it worked correctly. However, on the second day, it started demanding payment again and reverted to the basic plan. I have sent emails and have not received any responses. I have the payment receipts and the charge still appears on my account.

Hello Daniel, We have manually updated your subscription to Pro. Your invoice was paid late due to an issue with the payment method so our system did not renew your plan. We have sent you an email. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to make this right.
Cockatoo has good translation capability. Compared to others it is definitely faster. However, It has not good enough UI and features, and sometimes UI not respond. Also, the support side is not good as expected. If you have a problem, you are your own. Support has no response in most cases; if they promise you a discount when you started to use it, they might change their mind. I wasn't expecting that coming.
