I did request a refund based on my own personal issue with the product I ordered. I will just say that I didn't think the refund had been issued and called back frustrated. Rene handled my call so graciously given my level of intensity. I just wanted to express my gratitude for his service today. Thank you.

I suffer from chronic migraines and TMJ. I grind my teeth at night. The cbd oil has helped tremendously with reducing the amount of migraines I wake up with. It really helps to relax my jaw and face muscles. I absolutely recommend the oils to anyone looking for relief from these symptoms!! Also their customer service is amazing, super responsive and nice!

Colorado Botanicals is a great company to order quality CBD products. They manufacturer the CBD correctly by cold pressing the hemp they use. They even have thc free gummies. Their gummies only have 2 carbohydrates and taste delicious. Great for people who watch their carb intake. The gummies calm me and help me with pain management. When you place an order, the company sends it right out.

I've tried several different products to treat my dog's severe separation anxiety. Along with behavior modification, this CBD oil has beent the ONLY product to help her, including a prescription from the vet. I highly recommend this product and company for your CBD needs!

Hi Alicia, we wish you had contacted us before leaving a review because we would have reshipped your order if we had known it had not been tracking this long. I'm checking our emails. I see you emailed us this morning, but we were not able to respond today because of the number of emails, phone calls, and live chat messages we've been getting. In the future, please call us at (800) 563-0187 for immediate response or message us on our Live Chat, which we respond to within 2-3 minutes at most. That is the fastest way to reach us. Regarding your shipment, we did have a delay for a week because we received so many orders that we did not anticipate, but upon checking the tracking number, it shows the USPS driver picked up your order (please check the tracking and you will see it says "Shipment Received"). Unfortunately, once it gets picked up, we have no control over what happens after. However, that does not mean we would blame USPS to avoid re-shipping orders or taking care of our customers. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will investigate this first thing tomorrow to find out what happened and get another package shipped immediately. Again, we're really sorry about the frustration this has caused you. You should not have waited this long to contact us. We'll be in touch with you tomorrow. We hope you have a great night.
Placed the order two weeks ago. After one week of no communication whatsoever and no ability to check my order on my store's account. I finally got a hold of a rep via chat. Took a while to figure out what went wrong, and finally got a response that it will be"shipped today. That was a week ago. But besides getting a message that a label was created. Nothing yet. How long should one have to wait for a product to be delivered? Not this long for sure. This is my first and for sure my last bad experience with Colorado botanicals. I want my money back... Let's see how long it will take to get it. 👎

I've tried several different products from other providers before I discovered Colorado Botanicals (CB). I thought I was using a decent product that produced decent results, and I suppose I was (maybe) - until I ordered from CB. Apparently, quality and care truly is everything! I could not believe the difference in how I felt using thier product. It made the "other" brands seem ineffective altogether. After 1 week of using CB's product, I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt and my knees and back felt amazing! Getting out of bed and up off of the couch was a whole new experience, not to mention my overall sense of well-being. When I finished my first jar (and had no more left), I still had some of the "other" products and began using them until my next CB order arrived. What a joke! It was like I was taking NOTHING at all, which made me question the prior purchases I made from them and if I was just imagining the efficacy and benefits because I really wanted to believe they were working. Colorado Botanicals is hands-down the leader in quality, efficacy, and good business! The difference I've experienced in my day to day quality of life using CB products is amazing! CB is my new standard!
