Kudos for this efficient, considerate dental office! I was alerted in the morning that the oral surgeon was out sick for my appt. I requested to see the dentist the same day and was promptly given a noon appt. This is genuine customer service at its very best!

It went fine.

I arrived for my 8am appointment only to be told it had been canceled the day before. This is untrue. I actually got a confirmation the afternoon before my appointment. The first time I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my work schedule, I got a call a few hours later saying that appointment I had been given wasn’t available. I should have taken that as a sign then—I should have gone to a different place. I have meetings and appointments all day long and don’t have the time to cancel/reschedule everyone. This place needs to get their act together. Note: my experience with the actual dentist were pleasant.
