Kevin — the statements made in this review are inaccurate and misleading. The FloRight Pump matter you reference was dismissed by the Court on October 8, 2025, and there is no pending case against Coastal Debt Resolve in New York Bankruptcy Court. Since the Company’s inception in 2018, no adverse judgment has been entered against Coastal Debt Resolve. Your participation in the program was governed by a written agreement, and the engagement ultimately concluded in accordance with its terms. We strongly dispute the characterizations presented in this review and will continue to address materially false and misleading statements through the appropriate channels.
