Coastal CryptoReviews of coastalcryptomining.com

Began my journey with Coastal Crypto incredibly excited. Reached out to to gather information, and it was like trying to pull blood from a stone. I don't expect businesses to have 24/7 support, but 24-48 hour response time is a minimum expectation, even if automated, to acknowledge receiving messages. After weeks of messages begging them for the privilege to pay my deposit, it was paid...after 4 more days of no contact, I finally asked for a refund. May be legit but terrible communicators. EDIT: So that I may be better prepared for future hosting endeavors, what "out of the ordinary experience" was I requesting? To hand deliver the miner instead of shipping it? This is the first time you've made me aware of this complaint, and would like to know as to not make the same mistake again, if it was indeed one.

The best mining hardware supplier out there! I have ordered large and small items, GPUs and ASICs and it doesn't matter what it is if it's real they will find it! Lots of people say that the prices are too high, but that premium come with unparalleled customer service, and the service doesn't end after the sale is final. I've said it before and I'll say it again, they will remain the ONLY supplier I will use.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Glad to have Coastal Crypto out there helping the community with group buys.

Direct and consistent communication, order shipped when stated, and product arrived in great condition. Couldn't ask for a better Crypto Hardware service. They also take Paypal which is a huge plus for me on Buyer Protection. 5 Stars 🌟
