Coach Kairo is an AI-powered fitness coach that works entirely through text, no app to download and no dashboard to check. You text your goals, available equipment, schedule, and any physical limitations, and Kairo builds a personalized workout plan that adjusts session by session based on how you're actually doing. Each session arrives as a text with a link to clear step-by-step instructions, complete with photos or video demonstrations and checkboxes to track your progress as you go.What sets Coach Kairo apart is how closely it listens. Mention a bad knee, and it swaps out high-impact moves automatically. Tell it you had a rough day, and it dials back intensity for your next check-in instead of pushing a rigid plan that ignores how you're feeling. Recovering from an injury or just getting back into a routine after time off, Kairo adjusts your sessions in real time so you're never stuck following a plan that doesn't fit where you are.Coach Kairo was built by a team who wanted fitness coaching to feel like texting a supportive friend rather than opening yet another app you'll eventually abandon. Plans start under $10/month with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required to start, so you can try it before committing to anything.Whether your goal is building a consistent habit, easing back into exercise after an injury, or simply wanting guidance without the overhead of managing an app, Coach Kairo meets you where you are, one text at a time.
