Beware. We paid for LEONA™ 1300S nylon and, after delays, received a powder instead. Just like other costumer reported here. The seller first promised to fix it, then went silent—no replacement, no refund. Their “Trust Partner” badge on Alibaba didn’t help. PLEASE, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME TO HAVE EVIDENCE ABOUT THIS BY giulianosv@gmail .com

This company is a scammer. We placed an order of beeswax to them and after delay, finally we received something else (a kind of powder) not what we ordered. We requested for replacing the items or refund, firstly they said that they will take responsible but after a few emails and calls, they don't reply us anymore. They just ignored the whole situation and not willing to take any responsible for it. This is not a reliable company eventhough they are as a trust partner on the alibaba platform. So don't think that trust partner on the Alibaba platform has any value. We confronted this matter to Alibaba, but they don't take any action for this kind of matter.
