I wish I could have purchased CNA Plus directly through my computer (I had to buy it from my phone). I love the multiple choice questions, test simulations, and CNA Skills videos. The skills videos is particular are the best I have found so far. An aspect of this program that can be improved is clearer explanations on why all answers choices are wrong instead of only offering why a single answer is right. I was also very confused by one of their vital signs questions; it was not clear what the middle number within the sequence of numbers was supposed to represent.

37 dollars for a 7 day if it wasn't last min and needed it I wouldn't have got it and half the question weren't even on the test

Thank you for your feedback, Sarah. We are sorry to hear that you have encountered questions on your exam that have not been covered in our practice tests. Our practice questions are not the current questions from the real exam as the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't make the official CNA tests public, however they are based on official exam preparation materials and the official CNA exam questions from past exams. It's very likely that the questions on the actual exam will be about the same concepts, however, the official test will be worded differently. That is why we do not recommend memorizing the question-answer pairs while doing practice tests, since you need the actual knowledge of the material to pass the test and because your exam questions may be worded differently. Nevertheless, all the material you may encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests, so it is extremely important to pass all the practice tests before you try the actual exam. According to our system, you have not passed several practice tests (such as Mental Health, Social Services Needs, Personal Care Skill, Residents rights and Safety Procedures). Is it possible that the questions you have encountered on your exam might have been covered in those topics? As for the pricing, we are a private company that is not affiliated with or funded by the Government. A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining and updating the database of questions on a daily basis, and a detailed market research is done before any prices are set. Additionally, we offer several Premium packages, several of which are more cost effective than our last minute 7 day Premium and include our Pass Guarantee. Diana L.
