I ordered the stemless wine glassware for a friend. Online only allowed enough space for 12 characters, but I needed 15. Michael reached out regarding my order, and I asked if the 3 letters could be added. He assured me that could be done which was awesome. My friend received, and not only loves the glasses but the customization made it even more special. I appreciated his great service and quality of product.
