ClubnodeReviews of clubnode.com

It's just some kid's summer grift. The CPU on these things is utter trash, and the support just... doesn't exist sometimes. Out of season, they simply... pull the plug and vanish, nobody gets refunds unless they chargeback (which PayPal honored, as... this is a habit for clubnode), and, like clockwork, they spin back up the brand to scam another wave of summer minecraft servers. If you are a beginner at hosting minecraft servers, go to revivenode, they have better reliability, and an actual reputation here on trustpilot. If you're advanced, and need OS level control, go to a provider such as Contabo or OVHCloud. Don't fall for this scam.

Crazy good prices, but the support team takes a very long time to respond. The servers are really good and fast for the price, but sometimes you can wait days—or even one to two weeks—to get a response.

I promised my friends that I would open the server yesterday, so I bought the server 3 days ago but this stupid dumpling couldnt provision the server EVEN THO I BOUGHT IT 3 DAYS AGO

i would rate higher due to servers itself being very reliable and easy to access, however as of now im not going to use them becuse ive been waiting at least 10 days to get a problem solved through support with my dashboard randomly de-authing me for hours on end but i have had no response, other than that fast sftp and connection. update: as of today 4/11/2025 it still isnt answered and i still cannot use the server, i DO NOT RECCOMEND.

This is absolutely awful, I got kicked of the panel then the admin fixed it. Not even 2 weeks later and it gets a error saying it could connect to ther virtual machine. I contact support and I get nothing, it almost been a month and I've got no reply! I can't even acces what I pay for and have lost so many files. Do not buy from clubnode. One other thing that may be a coincidence is that tue second I put more money on the service I get a reply from the admin but I didn't get a reply for a whole week before. Clubnode was absolutely amazing until this happened. They won't even let me get my files back either or give me a status update.

lag free with very little cost

Timon one of the Owners of this project canceled our services for everyone not even telling us nor giving us an update, our Server bot went down for hours with no communication. He claims he wants to work with people that have " money ". Regardless of the situation, this is unprofessional and we have claimed a chargeback on our services due to it being interrupted.

Best preformance servers out there, ping is great, don't even let me start about support because they are the best I have experienced ever in any stuff. Best hosting company and best team, recommend it!
