Terrible experience. My dream is to become a content creator and I wanted to boost my followers so I tried to sign up for the premium plan which is $41 dollars a month. When I clicked to enter my card info it said my card was declined and I got a text message saying that a fraud alert was triggered and it asked if I tried to make a purchase of $500. $500!!! I thought it was a monthly subscription. It completely shut down my debit card and I had to call and get it taken care of. Thank god my bank shut down my card because who knows what would’ve happened. This is the second website I’ve tried using to gain followers and the second time it was a total scam. I will never use any of these websites ever again.Don’t trust this suspicious website because it is a scam!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

**UPDATED REVIEW** BEWARE
**UPDATED REVIEW**
After speaking with Cloutify extensively, they have decided to do nothing to make this right. They ruined my engagement with bots and thousands of favorites making my posts look so odd and fake. This lost me brand deals and they cannot even be bothered to try to gain my trust back. They offered me a measly discount AFTER I pay for the month in which they destroyed my TikTok. It’s like going to a restaurant, getting served spoiled food that gets you sick and they expect you to pay for it anyway. Do not work with them. But again— they are very responsive but that is ALL.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to update your review, and we're sorry to hear this experience left you feeling this way. We want to address a few points directly, as we take your concerns seriously and want to be transparent about what took place.
To clarify, Cloutify does not use bots or bot-generated engagement as part of our services. Likes, favorites, comments, and shares are actions taken independently by TikTok users, and while we work to promote your content for greater reach and exposure, we don't have control over how individual users engage with it or how TikTok's own systems evaluate your account. When you first raised concerns about slower growth and later about unusual engagement patterns, including the favorites-to-likes ratio you flagged in July, we escalated your account to our Strategy Team each time and followed up for updates. You confirmed on July 7 that the excessive favorites issue had resolved, and we continued monitoring your concerns after that as well.
Regarding the discount, this was offered as a retention gesture when you mentioned considering cancellation, not as compensation tied to a specific charge, and it wasn't tied to any prior payment. Your subscription ended on July 29 following your cancellation, and when you later reached out on August 8 about starting fresh, we shared reactivation steps and offered to coordinate the previously discussed discount with our Billing Team, but we didn't hear back to move forward with that.
We understand this hasn't restored your confidence in the service, and we're sorry the experience impacted your work and brand opportunities. If you'd like to revisit this further, we're happy to help.
Warm regards,
— Benjamin from Cloutify
Scam
They didn't appear to get me any increase in real traffic, follows as or likes. My rate of growth was constant. The only thing zo noticed was an increase of what appeared to be either fake accounts. Or women shaking their butts for views, all of them bugging me to view them on telegram.
I reached out to them throughout the week. They continue to assure me that their team is working on it. I told them I want a refund as they are not performing their advertisement numbers of 3,000 to 4,000 followers in a month . They said it's been 7 days and it:s too late. When I signed up I was told the window for a refund was 14 days

Hi Michael,
Thank you for sharing your experience and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. Upon reviewing your case, our team has been actively working on your campaign since sign-up, including addressing your concerns about follower quality, recalibrating your targeting settings, and providing ongoing updates throughout the process. Regarding the refund window, we want to clarify that our policy specifies a seven-day refund period, which was communicated to you during your interactions with our support team. We understand this differs from your expectation and we are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. We encourage you to continue working with our team directly so we can do our best to improve your results.

Cloutify completely scammed me
Cloutify completely scammed me. I’m a disabled business owner who gets clients through social media.
I tried cancelling in early March through their website due to zero results of new followers. Also, They made it impossible to cancel. I finally canceled in mid March by emailing with them. At least I thought.
I got charged an additional $100 for April and March after making it very clear I wanted to cancel my subscription. Hugest rip off scam artist “social media promoters.”
They are still giving me a run around of why they haven’t cancelled my subscription and especially why they won’t refund my money. I’m on a fixed income. ♿️
I wish someone would have posted how bad they are. Please spread the word!
You should be ashamed Cloutify.AI I’m disabled and live month to month.

Hi David,
We take all feedback seriously and want to clarify the timeline regarding your account.
According to our records, when you reached out in December and March, our team responded to your inquiries to offer account adjustments and gather the necessary confirmation to finalize the cancellation. Because we did not receive a follow-up response to those emails, your subscription remained active, and services continued to be delivered to your TikTok account.
Per our policy, past charges for active service periods are non-refundable. However, we can confirm that your subscription has now been fully canceled, and you will not experience any further recurring charges.
We wish you and the Where to Wheel App the very best.
Best regards,
The Cloutify Team
SCAM WARNING
This service is a SCAM. Fake followers start getting removed by tiktok after the first month. I paid for the Premium service and after a month or two I am now getting 3 new followers a day. They REFUSE to refund me even though their service doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They don't produce any organic followers or likes. I tried the service for 2 months and TikTok messaged me saying they were removing bots and can no longer recommend my account because of the fake interactions! Cloutify ai denied it but eventually I had to completely delete the TikTok account because they effectively ruined it! I cancelled the service but apparently you have to click a hidden second cancel button it took 3 hours to even find. As a result they were able to charge my account a third time without consent and they refused refund. Fortunately US Bank knows they are a scam and they refunded my money! Don't give cloutify ai a penny

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been and appreciate you taking the time to share it.
From our records, we can see that your concerns began shortly after sign-up, particularly around follower quality and account performance. Our team responded at the time with guidance and optimization tips, as well as clarification that our methods are designed to align with TikTok’s platform guidelines. We understand how concerning it can be when account performance changes, though factors like content direction, posting patterns, and platform updates can also play a significant role.
Regarding the billing concern, your subscription had been placed on pause and later resumed, which is why the charge occurred. Once you reached out, our team reviewed the situation and processed a resolution, including issuing a refund and closing the account to prevent any further charges.
We recognize that this experience did not meet your expectations, and we take feedback like this seriously as we continue improving both our service and communication.

They are horrible
They are horrible. You get unengaged followers that ruin your account analytics. And don’t use the boost feature because it may not start for two weeks and they won’t allow you to cancel it. Do yourself a favor, because the new algo sends your posts to your followers first, you really need engaged followers and this company is NOT going to give it to you. Beware…

Smoke and mirrors
I have been using Cloutify for over a month now, and have paid for the highest package. What I've learned is that: the analytic page does not matter at all & it is for show only. I have received over a thousand new followers and most are bots or people that are 100% not into the niche that I chose, and some not even in the age range. I've emailed them and they claimed to have sent the reports to their higher ups, but most, if not all, of their emails are AI generated as well.
Things I've also noticed:
- The engagement package and "boosts" they offer are all bots that are sent in at an influx. It's not organic whatsoever.
- The "most popular" hashtags are taken from your best performing videos prior to Cloutify, and nothing they've specifically done. It's fluff on their dashboard.
- Lots of these pages have unfollowed as well or been deleted.
it's a copy paste package from other websites, especially cheap bot websites packaged nicer. Do not waste your money.
They do not have access to TikTok's API, they do not have access to your account. All they can do is send bots or foreign accounts realistically.
12/20 update* terminated my subscription earlier this month and they removed all engagement from a month’s worth of content.
