Total scam
My mother has been scammed with this company, telling her that her printer needed replaced, then charging her $200 and never receiving a new printer. Also calling her almost everyday telling her they were going to charge her account $800 to continue service, after she paid $499 for lifetime service. We sent a certified letter to the Maine address (44 Main St Suite 207, Waterville, ME) to cancel service, and the letter was returned as undeliverable. We had to change her account number with her bank, wipe her computer so they no longer had remote access, and change her phone number to finally get these people to leave her alone.
