When I sign up, it was not mention that they would charge me in USD.I booked virtual office in Canada. Even invoice was not in USD. It is so misleading and inappropriate. Now, they keep charging me from my credit card as USD.

We are so sorry for the misunderstanding and that our site wasn't clear about charges being in USD. We will work to remedy that to avoid future confusion. Thank you for sharing this feedback.

Glad you had a positive experience, Jacques. Thanks for sharing.
I initially contacted three services about obtaining a virtual address. CloudVO was much better than the others. There was a single point of contact, Cierra, who was extremely helpful. She had backup when she was not around, but it was great to have a single point of contact to answer my questions. I realized after launching my search that the different services seem to cover mostly the same office suites. So there was no need to work with multiple services. CloudVO was all I needed.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that the Notary team we use for completing the set-up process, per requirements of the USPS, has been very busy lately and booking a time slot was more difficult. As a matter of practice, we always credit the first two days of every Agreement to compensate for the need to book and complete the CMRA paperwork. Our clients do get to pick the date, upon sign up, that they wish services to commence. It is unfortunate that given this, and the month credit that we provided for the extra time it took to complete the paperwork, that you are unsatisfied with the service. We appreciate your honest comments as we do strive to make the sign-up process as streamlined as possible. Glad we were able to get things sorted out for you. We appreciate your updated feedback.
This was the most worse experience I have ever had with a business. My name is Reginald Thomas, and I purchased a Virtual Office location from this company. I filled out my CMRA and got it notarized and returned it to them with the requested documentation. I even asked would they give me a deal if I purchased another location for another company I have with some partners. And the representative, Cierra Hall said they could give me 10% off. Then in the next e-mail she stated they could not move forward with my account and they would send me a refund. I asked was there any explanation for this and I never received a response. Extremely weird. A total inconvenience after I paid a notary $50 to get their form notarized. This review is factual and correct. I would not recommend this company.

Sorry you paid independently to have your form notarized, but we do state in our communication that online notary services are paid for by CloudVO if the prospective client wishes to avail themselves of this service. We also embed links into our communication to make the CMRA process as easy and efficient as possible. If you were doube billed for anything by CloudVO, please let us know and we can assist you in getting a refund.
