I made a decision to have someone proofread my book and chose the Cloud Ghostwriting team. They were very professional since the start, and worked with me in providing, not only quality work but also in making various suggestions for my book and its publishing. Writing a book is almost like raising a child and I am so glad I had this team supporting my efforts and my journey with this book.

I'm about to publish my third novel with the amazing assistance of Cloud Ghostwriting. My project manager, Roy Stevens, was very professional and helpful. The ghostwriters added creative embellishments to all three books. Publication was fast and easy, too.

July 2, 2026 To: Alex Paul, Publisher Re: Book 'Right Before My Eyes" JAKE Thompson and his Ghostwriting Team were most helpful in writing our book. They willingly answered all questions; gave advice and guidance when needed. They were always patient and made us feel comfort- able as we worked together' We are very pleased with the Book and have received many complements. Sincerely yours. Betty and Henry Rainge

They did assist in structuring my book. That's where it ended. Constant changing of internal representatives. Major problem came after upselling a promotion package for 5 years...ludicrous. Failed to promote book - Website. Never achieved guaranteed 3 #1 categories on Amazon. Now refusing to refund monies based on the contract non-performance. Advice: Find another company!

We are genuinely thrilled that Jake and the entire Team could support you every step of the way in bringing your screenplay to life. Thank you for your deeply appreciated feedback! Thanks, Cloud Ghostwriting Team
They clearly use AI even though they claim they do not. They don’t care about your story and have zero idea what it is actually about. They try to get your money anyway they can and lie. They stole $1000 from me after I was not pleased and asked for a refund since they promise a “100% refund if not satisfied.” I even had that in writing from text communications. They don’t care. They said it was already allocated to a team (that had done no work yet) and refused to issue a refund. They did say if I gave them more money they could continue the work.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that you initially signed up for our book writing and illustration services, and a dedicated team began work accordingly. However, you later completed the book and illustrations independently without notifying us, then requested that the same payment be applied to a second book—which would require a separate agreement. Our refund policy applies only if work is unfinished or if concerns are raised during the process, neither of which occurred here. We also didn’t receive any prior concerns about AI until the refund request. We appreciate your understanding of our policies and remain committed to transparency and quality service. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss further. Thanks, Cloud Ghostwriting Team

They do not take no for an answer and I think I will have to sue them. I have asked kindly and also with a great deal of anger to LEAVE ME ALONE! But they do not pay attention. Do not give them a dime. The reviews are all fake. They disappear and then pop up as another company with a fake address and fake reviews. RUN AWAY!
