I had almost 20 VPS from different suppliers, but this one from servercheap.net is one of the Top. I live in the UAE and the connection is amazing and no breakdowns at all. I wish that there IP were not blocked by Netflix so I can open Netflix streaming via my personal VPN.

I have never had a problem with my VPS. It performs incredibly well and the price cannot be beaten. Servercheap.NET's support is also very responsive and knowledgeable.
