Exactly as ordered, great prices, and the shipping box arrived in perfect condition. The only downside might be that it took a while for the tracking number to register, but I think that's more the carrier than Closerpets.

The shipping was fast but the wrong item was shipped. Customer service was excellent and the right item was shipped express. Pleasure to deal with this company
