Our StoryClockwork Roasters was born from a love of fine coffee and a fascination with the precision behind it. Nestled in the historic streets of Saint Paul, Minnesota, our story began as a small gathering spot for local coffee enthusiasts and grew into a full-fledged roastery driven by the commitment to bring exceptional coffee to our community. Our founder, an avid collector of antique clocks, believed that the key to exceptional coffee lies in the meticulous attention to timing and detail, much like the workings of a clock. This philosophy shaped our roasting process, blending centuries-old roasting techniques with cutting-edge technology to ensure each batch is perfectly timed and temperature-controlled.From the start, our mission was clear: to create coffee that not only tastes amazing but also to improve the consumption experience of coffee by offering unique subscription plans to cater for all coffee lovers. We truly value the strong relationships with farmers that we nurtured over the years. This allows us to bring a diverse range of flavors to our customers, highlighting the unique characteristics of each origin. Our journey hasn't been without its challenges. As we expanded, we faced the complexities of scaling our operations while maintaining the artisanal quality that our loyal customers had come to love. However, our dedication to precision and excellence saw us through, and today, Clockwork Roasters stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to our craft.Thank you for being a part of our story.
