Hi Paul, We are sorry the discount did not work at the time of purchase. We extended the 15% off as a refund (it was not $15). You should see it in your bank stetement shortly. The Cliradex Team
itching persists eyes continue to be irritable. i will try it again, as i am familiar with the benefits of tea tree oil and did my research and it should work! the picture by the way is misleading i assumed the foam was much bigger, but i guess that is the photographer sell. it also says a dime sized amount then rub it in, laughing by that time it has disappeared. i will give it another try and i hope for a better rating, the idea of returning it does not delight me. by the way i have no idea what a trust pilot account is and i am eligible to write a review, as i am a healthy active eighty two but am not computer savvy.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Cliradex. We understand your concern and want to reassure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. Cliradex® is a natural, preservative-free eyelid, lash, and facial cleanser formulated from the main component of tea tree oil, 4-Terpineol (T4O). This tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil, but a burning sensation is not. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. • For instance, if your skin is already compromised or wounded, it will sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • Another reason may be that you're experiencing a reaction to the T4O from the tea tree oil. Here are a few tips for using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. We recommend that during the application you: 1) Close your eyes firmly. 2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye. 3) Allow the foam or solution to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. If you aren't happy as a result of using our product, contact us at www.cliradex.com or 1-844-425-4723. The Cliradex Team
The product is fine and I think it does the job. When I ordered, the site had a 2 for 1 offer w/ code and at the end it had a 15% code. I first did the 2 for 1 and also clicked the 15%. The 15% apparently cancelled the 2 for 1, which I did not realize until the package came. I realize this is my oversight but I also think the site design was confusing.

FOR ME, THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL. IT CAUSED A BURNING IRRITATION ON THE SKIN SUCH THAT I HAD TO DISCONTINUE USE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I HAD TRULY HOPED IT WOULD HELP.

Positive first. The associate who took my order was professional and knowledgeable However, I have yet to receive the product and just received another delay notice. Very disappointing. I would think you would make sure I received the product before sending a review for me to complete.
