We're coming up on 6 weeks of using the Cliradex pads twice a day to eliminate a demodex mite infestation, and have not yet successfully cleared our lashes of mites. Hoping the next 2 weeks will make the difference

I give two stars because I don’t like your website. I get an email with a promo code I click on it to go to the website and they pops up a thing to spin a wheel or something to get a percentage off your item and there’s really no place to tell if you wrote down your promo code that tells you you got it. So you got to wait until you get to check out and hope that your promo code shows. So I just called in and give them the promo code because I don’t like working with your website.

Cannot use product. Burns my lids terribly. Tried a few times and washed it all off. Did not react on test area

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Cliradex is a safe product. We understand your concern and assure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting, similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). Here are a few tips for using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. We recommend that during the application you: 1) Close your eyes firmly. 2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye. 3) Allow the product to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. It stings and burns when you use it on your eyelids.

Hi Sandy, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and want to reassure you there is nothing wrong with the product. Cliradex is a safe product. A tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). Here are a few tips if you have sensitive skin: 1- Avoid using Cliradex right after bathing. Skin pores may be exfoliated and are more exposed than usual. 2- Wipe gently with Cliradex. 3- Avoid direct contact with your eyes. Keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. We recommend that during the application: 1 - Closes eyes firmly without squinting too much. 2 - Gently wipe across the lid and surrounding skin. Don't try to press too much on your eyelid skin or into the eye's corner (caruncle). 3 - Allow it to air dry briefly (30s) before opening eyes. Very very slow and long delivery time..

This product didn't arrive for well over a month after I ordered it. I was anxious to receive it as I've been struggling with and have been recently diagnosed with ocular rosacia. I've tried the towelette wipe twice now. The first time literally burned so bad that it made me cry and I had to rinse with water. Today was day 2 it took almost a full minute for the burn to go away. I don't care for the strong odor either. Not sure about their policy on returns but I plan on calling customer support.
