Using slow shipping method but overcharging for shipping.
Why would you all charge so much for shipping and still mail my item through regular, slow shipping? That's stealing. I made an order with you all on November 9. Today is December 2, and I still haven't gotten my items. Why charge me $ 65 for shipping to send 2 bottles of 30ml face serum, and still use the slowest and cheapest postal option? I emailed you all and never received a reply. Bad service.
