I forgot to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period and I requested to a refund and cancellation of my subscription. ClickMagick cancel my subscription and processed a full refund. Thank you ClickMagick.

ClickMagick is a great tracking platform. I really appreciate the customer service. They have a gentleman by the name of Sagar that has been particularly helpful to me a few times. It's nice to deal with people that know what they are talking about and know their product. Oh - and that reply back in a timely manner.

Had a reporting issue , which turns out was my error, but the team fixed it fast and had me up and reporting in no time, Thanks Daniel Wilken

ClickMagick was quick to respond to my question and also emailed me with a step by step video on how to solve my problem. Made it very easy for me to rectify my mistake quickly and understand what happened so I won't do it again in the future. Excellent customer service.
