As a best practice, we recommend printing the voucher and giving it to the pro shop rather than reading it aloud. The whole golf shop check-in process should take no longer than swiping a credit card. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Rey, Thank you for your feedback. Some courses do implement "Course Declared Holidays" during busy holiday seasons like Christmas, Father's Day Weekend, Black Friday Weekend, etc....
