I have been using Cleverget for quite…

I have been using Cleverget for quite sometime. Probably near or at the time it was brought out. I started with the Leawo prof DVD/Bluray ripper and saw the ad for Cleverget. I was using a few other tools at the time and found Cleverget to be quite reliable and successful in getting the videos I wanted. I bought pretty much all the modules. However, each time they bring out new ones. I try and stay current but then realize I don't access or use some of the platforms so I stopped getting the different modules. I am happy with the ones I have and make use of. I've used the Video, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, AppleTV...I have quite a few others.. But found the resources quite incredible. I did try the Pluto one as well and all worked. Now, I can tell you, sometimes updates of the software or the update from the streaming platform can wreak havoc when trying to get to the videos you want to get. I found the tech support folks were very good and helpful with getting to the bottom of it. SO I feel part of what sets Cleverget from others is that their support is helpful and active. Of course the time difference doesn't help but regardless the solution is eventually present and once again I can get the videos I want. Thank you for having a sustaining and worthwhile product that has been reliable and effective in using it. I also appreciate the help from tech support when issues arise. Sincerely, Satori.

Dear Satori, Thank you so much for your long‑term loyalty and this wonderful detailed review! It means a great deal to us that you have been using CleverGet since nearly its launch, and that you have enjoyed reliable performance across so many modules. We totally understand your point about new‑released modules. It makes perfect sense not to purchase modules for streaming platforms you do not actually use. Should you be interested in any of our newly‑released modules in the future, please feel free to reach out to our team. We offer exclusive discounts for long‑time existing users — the more modules you need, the bigger the discount you can get. We also really appreciate your kind words about our technical support team. Streaming platform side updates do often cause unexpected disruptions, and our team always tries their best to resolve those issues for our users.
