Hi, thanks for the feedback, and we’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. For the record, your messages were answered the same day, in our chat and by email. We cancelled the subscription as you asked, so there will be no further billing, and we helped update the name on your invoice. As stated on our pricing page and in our terms, we don’t refund partial billing periods, except automatically when a line can’t be set up or when identity verification doesn’t pass. Your line was active and working, which is why no refund applied. If anything is still unclear, write to us at [email protected] and a person will reply.
