I kept getting calls from these people so I called back to see what they wanted and was told I qualify for all these benefits and it will only take about ten minutes so after nearly two hours on the phone I was all hooked up with benefits at no cost only to receive a letter from Aetna that I don’t qualify because I’m trying to enroll at a time when it’s not open enrollment so not only did these people waste two hours of my life but also got my hopes up because I desperately need some of the services I was told I qualified for such as vision and dental.

I called your company for help and got that help from Judy Bonham. She explained every thing and every question my wife and I had.... She processed our application and today our new Aetna policy will go into effect on the the 1st day of April as requested and needed.

My agent explained everything I could possibly need to understand. Sierra was able to find many possible options and was able to re enroll me into a medicare advantage plan even though I was already signed up for regular Medicare. She took her time to answer all my questions
