No more fear of changing my insurance company. No more fear of changing my 2024 insurance policy. No more fear of speaking to an insurance agent who is not concerned about my health needs and opinions. No more racking my brain reading and losing sleep trying to understand various 2025 policies. The previous review I gave echoed my disappointment with the lack of response to my phone messages by agents. I felt the the lack of response indicated a lack of interest in customer service. Today I received a call from the second agent who recognized my review by the topics I mentioned and she called me this afternoon. After seeing the review she checked to see if there were any messages from me and there were no messages from anyone.. There was something wrong with the system she apologized but she never received any messages. I feel that I wanted to have the opportunity to thank her for the call and the apology as well as let management know that although I am not going with AETNA HMO plans this year should I need to seek different insurance 2026 I would certainly look at what AETNA offers.

The person I worked with (Gina) was able to look at multiple plans across several different carriers. This made it a quick way to search for a Medicare plan. I had previously spoken with other individuals that could only look at one carrier.
