Clear Link was very helpful and nice when I first spoke to them. They were patient and helpful. I'm very satisfied with the plan that they helped me choose. It was so nice to talk to a person one on one and they were not trying to decide on the first offer but the best one for me and my needs. I would recommend clear Link to all my family and friends. I did NOT know what to expect when I was volunteered to help our mother sign up for a Medicare Advantage plan. As soon I explained to the Clearlink's agent, Adam, his voice changed from a sales agent to a friend status. Adam was very kind to my mother and kindly asked her for permission to allow me to represent her during the process and at the point, I knew that Adam will make this process as easy as possible for me. I was encouraged to ask questions and to not hesitate even if Adam is in his sales mode. Adam was very friendly and kind assisting us from the beginning to the end of the process. Thank you, Adam!

Lacita, the agent who helped me to select my plan was very thorough and patient with me. She gave me a lot of options available to me. That United Healthcare DID NOT tell me and neglected to let me know my privileges and options that were included in my plan for many years that I've been with them. Actually, it's my 2nd call to Aetna (Clearlink) that it was a good thing I got Lacita to help me to Decide to leave United. My 1st Clearlink call was not pleasant because the Male Agent DID NOT KNOW a lot about my concerns, Unlike Lacita at 72 years old Know more About the plans of Aetna than this guy.

My agent was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process , helping us load our meds and all the various data Medicare requires. We would wholeheartedly recommend Clearlink based on his performance.
