I'm attempting to create an account on a website and my email address gets rejected by Clean Spam because apparently my 24 year old email address is on some black list. Review your black list please, then maybe I'll update my rating.

Hello, I apologize that our system incorrectly blocked you. Please send us an email at [email protected] so we can investigate the issue. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
CleanTalk is a very useful and highly reliable program. It removes all spam and even blocks it before it reaches the website thanks to its firewall — bots simply can’t get through! (And this is possible even with the basic version, which costs around $10 per year!). It’s also possible to create lists of blocked users, which further strengthens security. And what about customer support? Absolutely excellent! They respond quickly and with great precision, and they are always available whenever you have the slightest doubt or question. Ever since I installed CleanTalk, I’ve felt much more at ease with my website. I highly recommend it!

Hello Aurélie, Thank you for your review! We do our best to keep all spam away.
Who doesn't HATE spam? I've been using CleanTalk for.. gosh many years now... and any time I have had an issue, I have been able to put in a ticket and get it resolved.. which, doesn't happen often, but good to know that customer service is still there. I use it for all websites that I build and manage and it really does clean up the majority of the spam. Some slips through, but better than what it would be if I didn't have CleanTalk.
