i ordered allergy syringe ; not available 7 days later. then, i didn't get refund you received payment

Product was discontinued and having issues communicating with customer service via email. Still waiting for my refund.

Purchased items online, then they came back saying it was sold at the price and wanted me to pay the difference before they would ship. They canceled my order and held payment for 2 weeks after refusing to pay the new much more inflated price. Total bait and switch tactic and I would avoid at all cost.

Disappointed that web site did not show accurate availability of the product we wanted. we had to settle for alternative product that was more expensive with ingredient we do not like.
